Refund/Cancellation Policy

Overview

Our Focus is complete customer satisfaction. So it is always suggested to read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Acebrowse provides prepaid services and we do not entertain any Refund/Cancellation of any amount that may have been paid by the Subscriber(s) for an Annual/Semi-Annual/Quarterly/Monthly package. It means No Payment Cancellation/Refund is permitted.

Any disputes in regards to payments/ refund/ cancellation of the transaction(s) due to technical reasons are subject to arbitration/resolution on a case-to-case basis. Only in case of non-feasibility of a New Connection, refund is made by Acebrowse. The time for the refund for such cases is approximately 4 to 6 week from the date of refund confirmation by Acebrowse payment team.

In case of Billing disputes, Acebrowse subscriber(s) are required to email us with the specific concern on support@acebrowse.com. The concern will be addressed in approximately 4 to 6 weeks, in case, any dispute is identified, it will be compensated by way of a discount / credit note adjusted in the account of the subscriber(s).

Refundable Security

Refundable security deposit against any physical assets will be entertained only on returning the particular physical asset in working condition. No security refund would be entertained in case of the burnt device from any means, missing component , S/N /router credentials Label Damaged, damaged from any fluid. If the connection is surrendered within three months of installation of connection, there would be a 50% reduction in security amount.

If the connection is surrendered within six months of installation of connection and subscription is used continuously, there would be a 25% reduction in security amount. Beyond 6 months subscrpitions, there would be no deduction subjected to above-mentioned conditions.
